Dusting off 2025...
Moving ahead with 2026.
FIRST THINGS FIRST
We took the remainder of 2025 — and the beginning of this year — to make sure everything was in a good place before moving forward with new projects. That time allowed us to stabilize production and ensure several major titles are now moving toward completion.
Here’s where things currently stand:
Forest Folk: Mischief & Monsters is now in the fulfillment stage.
BLITZ Magazine Issues #1 and #2 are also in fulfillment.
RAID Anthology Volumes 5 & 6 — Klaatu and Barada are currently en route to Canada from China by container shipment.
Omega Reign has been delivered to our printer in China and is moving through pre-press review.
Aardehn: Awakening by Eric Vedder and Sheldon Carter has officially entered production after some unavoidable delays due to personal matters.
Kukuburi by Ramón K Pérez has left our purview and is under his guidance as he works towards the finish line.
As Jeff Goldblum famously said, “Life finds a way.” In our case, that sometimes means navigating loss, chaos, and responsibility along the way. What hasn’t changed is our commitment to the work and to our community. We have never failed to fulfill a project, and we deeply appreciate everyone’s patience and continued support.
BLITZ Is Exploding Onto the Scene
Issues #1 and #2 of BLITZ have officially arrived, Issue #3 is in production, and Issue #4 entering pre-production. The response from fans has been incredible, with a growing roster of brilliant artists and writers bringing their visions to the pages of the magazine.
We’re enormously proud of where BLITZ is heading — including getting it onto comic shop shelves near you.
If your local comic shop doesn’t carry BLITZ, let them know they should. Retailers can simply reach out to retail@raidpress.com and we’ll get them set up.
Both issues are also available directly at RAIDpress.com, including:
The FREE Standard Edition of issues 1 & 2.
The Premium Edition featuring extras like preview comics, stickers, and a silkscreen print of the cover — worth the price of admission alone.
Calling Creators
If you’re a creator interested in being featured in a future issue of BLITZ, we’re always looking to collaborate with passionate artists and writers.
Visit RAIDpress.com/BLITZ for submission guidelines and everything you need to know!
We’ve officially locked in the launch dates for our two newest projects. With completely different vibes, we suspect they’ll each draw their own crowd — but maybe you’re the rare soul right in the middle of that Venn diagram? If so… let us know if that’s you!
Launching MAR 24 2026, 10am EST: DOGHAUS
Since launching in 2023, DOGHAUS has been stealing hearts online — racking up 6.5 million views with its sharp humour, emotional honesty, and all wrapped up in a love letter to classic newspaper strips of decades past. Now the beloved webcomic is finally getting the print collection it deserves.
Created by Annabelle, DOGHAUS follows a chaotic, lovable pack of canine roommates fumbling their way through the strange in-between years of early adulthood—college life, friendships, sex, anxiety, bad decisions, and the occasional existential spiral. It’s funny, a little messy, sometimes brutally honest, and always full of heart.
This upcoming volume collects the original strips plus new artwork and exclusive, never-before-seen comics, making it the ultimate way to experience the series.
If you’ve ever felt like adulthood came with zero instructions, DOGHAUS gets it.

Launching MAY 25 2026: Heroes of the Homefront
This project is an oversized, two-volume celebration of Canada’s Golden Age of comic books. This remarkable era flourished during World War II from 1941 to 1946. The set features a newly redesigned and expanded edition of Heroes of the Homefront, now subtitled The Creators, which spotlights the pioneering artists and writers who shaped this distinctive period in Canadian comics history.
Accompanying it is an all-new companion volume, The Comics, a stunning visual archive showcasing more than 750 comic book covers from the era. Together, these books offer an unprecedented look at the characters, creators, and cultural impact of a time when Canadian comics stepped into the spotlight.
This collection is both a tribute and a time capsule, an essential addition for fans, historians, and anyone passionate about the legacy of Canadian storytelling.
